We can learn to move gracefully from one season to the next by drawing upon the ancient vedic scriptures for restoring balance in the nervous system, luminosity in the mind, and freedom in the body. All are warmly welcome to join the Awakening community of women for an evening of restorative yoga, chanting, meditation, inspiration, and more.
