Qigong is an ancient practice that uses slow gentle movement, breath and mindfulness to cultivate relaxation, and a felt connection with our internal energy flow. Qigong supports physical health, emotional balance, and mental and spiritual wellbeing. This program is for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Pre-registration is not required.
